RSV Antibody Injection

Beyfortus has been approved for babies under 8 months of age entering their first RSV season or, in some cases, children 8-19 months at significant risk of RSV complications.

COVID-19 Vaccine

Beginning November 1^st, Mendon Pediatrics will be offering Moderna COVID vaccines for patients 6 months and up. This is for initial series and booster doses. Starting today, 10\25, you may call the office to schedule. Appointments will be during our regular business hours with appointments available each day (limited). COVID vaccines may also be given during upcoming visits (after 11/1) that have already been scheduled (exception flu clinics).

If you are scheduled for a flu vaccine clinic and would like to do COVID and Flu at the same time please call the office and we will get you rescheduled.

Note:

Initial series for patients 6m-4 years who are not moderately or severely immunocompromised:

2 doses: Initial 23-24 COVID-19 Vaccine dose, then followed with 2^nd dose 8 weeks after.

Initial series for patients 5 years and older who are not moderately or severely immunocompromised:

1 dose of 23-24 COVID-19 Vaccine

Booster doses:

1 dose of 23-24 COVID-19 Vaccine given at least 8 weeks after the previous dose.

RSV Antibody Injection

We have been fortunate to be able to administer Beyfortus to some of our patient population so far this fall. At this time, there are significant shortages all over the US and there is no clear indication of when additional supply will be available.

You can still contact our office to be placed on a wait list and if we are able to obtain doses, we will reach out to schedule. Thank you.

Welcome to Mendon Pediatrics, the office of Dr. Donna D. Meyer, Dr. Rebecca D. Gargan, and Dr. Jennifer S. Lesic. We value a partnership between your family and our medical staff. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, comprehensive care to children from cradle to college. The doctors and staff at Mendon Pediatrics are glad you've chosen us for your pediatric care.

Your childs' health is as important to us as to you! At our Well Visits, we discuss the whole health of your child including growth and development, nutrition, safety and social/behavioral interactions. The best care is given when there is an active relationship between you and your child's doctor. We care about both the physical and emotional needs of our patient and their families.
